Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Abid the Governor of Salah Ad Din put the foundation stone for Dream City residential complex in the city of Tikrit on 31/7/2011 in the presence of a several members of the Salah ad Din Provincial Council, and the presence of Mr. Jowhar Hamad, head of the Salah Ad Din investment Commission and other officials in the province. And that this the complex consists of 498 housing units these units are classified into two types A and B type A is built on an area of land of 400 m and the second type and is built on an area of land of 300 m and the duration of the implementation of the 24 a month. also contains the complex of schools and a sports center and a health center and football stadium and commercial markets and areas of green streets, roads and other services and implementing agency for this project is a company Namo General Contracting Ltd., one of the leading companies in this area because of their experience in the field of contracting and construction. The completion of this project and other residential projects working to meet the requirements of the housing market, especially since there is a worsening of the housing crisis in the whole of Iraq as it provides jobs for the people of the province.
