Salah Ad Din investment Commission granted investment license to Almoked Co. to build Alyuser City residential complex landscape consisting of 4000 housing units in the city of Tikrit.

Chairman of Salah Ad Din Investment Commission receives in Sunday, 24/3/2013 the managing director of Almoked General Trading and investment real estate and industrial Co. Mr. Ahmad Husseini and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed Romaidh the of State Director Real Estate branch of Salah Ad Din has sides discussed the mechanism to start erecting the project which consists of 4000 housing units on an area of 8000 acres in Tikrit city. This project is the first of its kind in terms of volume and design. It includes vital services and facilities like a shopping mall consists of ten floors, an amusement park of 25 acres, a different sport fields. a 400-bed hospital, a kindergarten, an entertainment center, convocation hall, a hotel, a police station, a fire department, parks and plazas. The project is to be completed in four years period. Mr. Ahmad Husseini Company was willing fully to start erecting this project during the next few days and that the execution of work will follow high standards. Mr. Ahmad Husseini has been classified by the Investment Commission of the Arab League as the first residential investor in Iraq and thirteen in Arab wide in same sector. At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of Salah Ad Din Investment Commission, Mr. Jowhar Alfahal affirmed his support for Almoked Co. and his support for the erection of this masive project, but stressed on the need to execute the project according to the technical specifications required and finish the project before the four years period.
