Participated Investment Salah al-Din in the Second conference of the investment in the district of the Balad in which organized team (PRT) for the reconstruction of Iraq. Mr. Kamel Ibrahim Jassim Director of Legal Department in the explanation of the experience of investment in the province and how and objectives of the investment law and the guarantees provided by the Authority for investors. Turning to the First Amendment to the Investment Law, passed by the House of Representatives, explaining that the amendment dealt with a lot of weaknesses in the law which limited the investors' willingness to enter into the investment market. He pointed out that it addressed the issue of land ownership by investors and make it soft and answered many questions concerning the law and the work of the Commission. A number of investors interested in the subject asserting that he had submitted an explanation for a number of ambiguities in the law that limit their willingness to invest.
